What Happens After You Request a Quote
You Submit the Form
Select what you need and send the inquiry. No payment, no reservation, no filing — just a request. We aim to reply the same business day during published hours.
We Send a Written Scope
Your quote identifies the service address, agent eligibility, proposed price, state fees, due-today total, any add-ons, and recurring terms. Everything is in writing before you decide.
You Review and Approve
Read the scope, ask questions, and approve only if the terms make sense. For address service, the Form 1583 identity process is outlined before activation.
Work Begins on Approval
Filing, activation, or agent appointment proceeds only after written approval and any required identity steps. You are not committed until you approve the scope.
Pricing Questions
What does "proposed" pricing mean?
These are published starting prices, not a checkout. Your written quote confirms the exact scope, eligibility, state fees, add-ons, and recurring terms before any payment or filing occurs. Submitting the quote request form does not create a charge or obligation.
What is the $300 Texas state filing fee?
The $300 fee is paid directly to the Texas Secretary of State for filing your Certificate of Formation (Form 205). It is a government fee set by Texas law, separate from any service fee. The fee is non-refundable once your filing is accepted. Verify the current amount at sos.texas.gov.
Are forwarding postage and mail-handling fees included?
No. Postage and optional handling charges — scanning, forwarding, secure disposal — are quoted separately and confirmed in writing before any use. The base address price covers the address service only.
What renewal rates apply after the first year?
Proposed continued rates start at $99/year for the registered-agent term and $15/month for the address service. The accepted written quote controls the actual renewal terms, which may vary from these published starting prices.
Can I cancel after payment?
Recurring and one-time services have different cancellation and refund limits. Review the written quote and service terms before approval, especially after a filing has been submitted to a state agency. Filing work that has already been submitted generally cannot be reversed.
Is there a discount for paying annually for the address?
Annual pricing options, if available, are confirmed in your written quote. The published base rate is $15/month; ask about annual terms when you submit your inquiry.
