Written Scope
Before Any Work

Get Business Address is a quote-first business-support service of Business Growth House LLC, based in DeSoto, Texas. We provide a written scope, proposed price, and eligibility notes before any address is activated, agent is appointed, or filing is submitted.

Who We Are

Get Business Address is operated by Business Growth House LLC, a privately held Texas limited liability company based in DeSoto, Texas. Business Growth House provides business-support and document-filing assistance to individuals and small businesses establishing or maintaining a Texas presence.

We are not a law firm, accounting firm, government agency, or affiliate of the U.S. Postal Service, the IRS, or the Texas Secretary of State. We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. For advice specific to your legal or tax situation, consult a licensed attorney or accountant.

What We Do

Through the Get Business Address platform, Business Growth House accepts written quote requests for the following business-support services:

  • Business address and mail handling in DeSoto, Texas — subject to written confirmation of operator authority, service address, Form 1583 compliance, and activation
  • Texas registered-agent service — subject to eligibility review, written consent, and registered-office confirmation before appointment
  • Texas LLC formation support — preparation of the Certificate of Formation and related documents; the $300 state filing fee is paid separately to the Texas Secretary of State
  • EIN application help — preparation and eligibility guidance; the IRS controls approval and timing, and obtaining an EIN directly from the IRS is free
  • Texas compliance reminders — only the specific obligations defined in the written service scope

Every service starts with a written quote. The quote identifies the scope, proposed price, state fees, eligibility notes, and recurring terms. Nothing activates, files, or charges until the written quote is approved by the customer.

The Quote-First Model

Most virtual-address and registered-agent providers invite you to pick a plan and enter payment on the first visit. We do not work that way.

We use a quote-first model for three reasons. First, the eligibility and authority requirements for business address service, registered-agent service, and LLC formation each involve third-party rules — USPS, the Texas Secretary of State, the IRS — that we cannot override. A checkout that implies immediate activation misrepresents how those systems work. Second, our service geography and operator status are specific and must be documented before a customer uses an address or relies on an appointment. Third, written scope prevents surprises: you see the proposed price, state fees, add-ons, and recurring terms before anything moves.

01

Written scope first

Every engagement starts with a written quote that identifies service address, eligibility, proposed price, state fees, and recurring terms. Nothing is implied or assumed.

02

No fabricated proof

We do not publish usage stats, customer counts, star ratings, testimonials, team photos, or guarantees we cannot document. If we cannot verify a claim, we do not make it.

03

Honest scope limits

We are not a law firm, USPS-licensed CMRA, or government agency. Our service prepares documents and provides information; eligibility and approval decisions belong to the relevant institutions.

04

Activation after verification

No address is listed as active, no agent appointment is made, and no filing is submitted until the written scope is approved and required verification steps are complete.

What This Service Is Not

Important limitations

Get Business Address does not guarantee that any bank, the IRS, Google, a licensing body, or any other organization will accept the address or agent appointment. Each organization applies its own rules. We do not provide legal or tax advice. We do not claim ISO certifications, SLA uptime guarantees, bonded insurance, or CMRA authority that has not been separately verified and documented.

Specifically, the service does not:

  • Guarantee bank account approval with the service address
  • Guarantee Google Business Profile eligibility
  • Guarantee IRS or state-agency approval on a particular timeline
  • Provide a customer-dashboard or online mail portal (not yet built)
  • Accept walk-in customers at an unconfirmed or publicly published address
  • Provide legal advice on entity structure, liability, tax treatment, or compliance

Contact

For quote requests, use the inquiry form on the homepage. For other questions, email [email protected] or book a free 15-minute consult. We aim to reply during published business hours (Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CT).

Our parent company, Business Growth House, also accepts website and branding inquiries at businessgrowthhouse.com. Website work is a separate service and is not included in a Get Business Address quote unless the accepted written quote says it is.
