Privacy Policy

Get Business Address is a service of Business Growth House LLC (“GBA,” “we,” “us”). This policy describes the data handled by getbusinessaddress.com and our related inquiry, booking, onboarding, filing, and mail-handling workflows.

Information We Collect

Inquiry and consent data: name, email, phone if supplied, requested service, message, referral or campaign details, consent choice, consent source, and timestamps.
Booking data: appointment details and answers you submit through our booking provider.
Customer and filing data: business name, owners or managers, addresses, formation details, payment and service records, instructions, and documents needed for an authorized filing or service.
Mail-authorization data: completed USPS Form 1583 and identity evidence required to authorize a commercial mail receiving agent.
Website activity: page views, navigation, campaign attribution, device category, and interaction events. We do not enable session replay on this site.
Security data: Cloudflare and other infrastructure providers may temporarily process IP address, browser, request, and bot-detection signals to secure the site. We do not retain raw IP addresses or user-agent strings in our D1 inquiry-lead database.

How We Use It

Respond to an inquiry, provide a requested checklist, prepare a quote, or schedule a consultation.
Provide services you authorize, including mail handling, registered-agent service, formation support, EIN application help, or compliance reminders.
Verify identity and mail-receipt authority where USPS rules require it.
Send transactional messages about a request, account, filing, appointment, mail item, service issue, or deadline.
Send optional follow-up or educational email only where we have an appropriate consent basis. Every marketing email includes an opt-out method.
Prevent abuse, investigate failures, maintain records, measure aggregate funnel performance, and improve the site.

Local Storage and Analytics

The site may store referral and campaign values for up to 30 days. The setup planner stores its current no-personal-information selections in session storage so the plan can continue within the tab. A saved plan is written to local storage only when you explicitly choose Save version; saved versions contain the label you provide and categorical planner selections, remain in that browser, and can be deleted from the plan library. Do not use a personal name, tax identifier, account number, or document number as a saved-plan label. Text-size, contrast, and simplified-view preferences may also be stored locally. Knowledge-search terms are filtered in the browser and are not stored or sent as analytics properties.

When your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, attribution is not read from or written to persistent storage and analytics collection does not start. A random gba_session_id is stored in session storage to connect same-tab funnel events; it contains no name, email, or other direct identifier and expires when the tab session ends. A second random value, gba_device_id, is stored in local storage and does persist between visits; it lets us tell a returning browser from a new one so visit counts are not overstated. It likewise contains no name, email, or other direct identifier, is never written when Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is present, and is removed when you clear this site's data in your browser. We use PostHog for first-party product analytics through a same-origin, allowlisted event gateway. The browser does not load PostHog JavaScript or receive its server-held project key. The operational request reference shown after a form submission is not sent to PostHog. We do not use PostHog session replay or person profiles on this site and do not sell analytics data for behavioral advertising.

Who Processes Data

We disclose only what is reasonably needed for the requested purpose. Current processor and recipient categories include:

Cloudflare: website delivery, Turnstile verification, security, and D1 lead storage.
PostHog: site-event analytics.
Cal.com: consultation scheduling.
Google Workspace / Gmail: business email and customer communication.
Government and service recipients: USPS, the Texas Secretary of State, the Texas Comptroller, the IRS, a notary, or another recipient when you authorize the corresponding service.
Professional providers: payment, legal, accounting, security, delivery, or technical providers when needed for an authorized service or legal obligation.

We do not sell personal information. We do not disclose identity documents to data brokers or advertising networks.

Retention and Deletion

Unconverted inquiries: eligible for deletion 12 months after the last activity.
Customer operational email and activity: generally retained for 24 months after the last activity, unless a longer period is reasonably required for an active service, transaction, dispute, tax, security, or legal obligation.
Lead backups: encrypted and retained for 30 days.
Opt-out suppression: a minimal normalized email, status or reason, source, and timestamps may be retained as long as needed to honor the opt-out.
USPS Form 1583: retained for the period USPS requires, including at least six months after the mail-receiving relationship ends. See the USPS Postal Bulletin requirements.
Identity images: USPS does not require a CMRA to retain local ID images after successful database upload. If a mail service is offered, the written operator process must identify the secure upload channel, access controls, local-copy deletion, and any temporary legal or security retention. Do not send identity images until that operator and channel are confirmed.
Provider security logs: infrastructure providers may retain limited request or fraud data under their own short operational retention periods.

Deletion from active systems may take additional time to age out of encrypted backups. Aggregated or de-identified records that no longer identify a person may be retained for reporting.

Security

We use TLS in transit, access controls, scoped credentials, bot protection, and encrypted backups. Access is limited to people and providers who need the information for an authorized purpose. No transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Your Choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information associated with you. You may also withdraw optional marketing consent at any time by using the unsubscribe method in the message or emailing us. We may verify your identity and may retain records required for USPS, filing, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, or other legal purposes.

Children

Our services are directed to adults acting for a business. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service or law changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented on this page and, where appropriate, communicated to affected customers.
