Terms of Service
Effective: July 10, 2026
These terms govern services provided by Get Business Address, a service of Business Growth House LLC (“GBA,” “we,” “us”). A written quote, order, or service-specific agreement may add terms; if it conflicts with this page, the more specific signed or accepted agreement controls for that service.
What We Are — and Are Not
We are a private business-support and document-filing service that accepts requests for written service terms. Registered-agent and mail-handling work is available only when the specific operator, office or service location, authority, eligibility, consent, scope, and activation date are confirmed in an accepted agreement. We are not a law firm, accounting firm, bank, Google representative, or government agency. We do not provide legal, tax, financial, immigration, or banking advice. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by USPS, the IRS, the Texas Secretary of State, or any government body.
Our Services
- Conditional commercial-mail-address and handling terms when a currently authorized operator and location are documented.
- Conditional Texas registered-agent terms when the proposed agent is eligible, consents, and confirms the registered office.
- Preparing and submitting specifically authorized Certificate of Formation, EIN, and other administrative work included in an accepted scope.
An inquiry, page visit, quote request, or payment link alone does not activate a service, authorize an address, appoint a registered agent, or authorize a filing. Services begin only after we confirm scope, pricing, operator authority, eligibility, required information, acceptance, and effective date in writing. We may decline work we cannot perform accurately, lawfully, or within our operating capacity.
Address and Third-Party Decisions
A commercial mail address is not automatically a private office, storefront, staffed customer location, principal place of business, or Google Business Profile location. It does not automatically satisfy a registered-office rule. Banks, the IRS, licensing bodies, payment processors, marketplaces, and directories apply their own eligibility and verification standards. We do not guarantee address, account, EIN, filing, license, payment, or profile approval by any third party.
Texas registered-agent service is separate from mail service. Do not list us as registered agent or use our address for service of process until we have expressly accepted that appointment.
Published Proposed Base Pricing
- Business Address: $15 per month.
- Texas Registered Agent: $99 per year.
- Establish Bundle: $349 service fee plus the standard $300 Texas Certificate of Formation fee. It includes filing support, one year of registered-agent service, three months of address service, EIN application help, and an operating-agreement template.
These figures are the proposed base prices used for an eligible written quote; they are not proof that an address, registered office, operator, or appointment is currently available. If an accepted bundle includes three address months and one registered-agent year, and eligible address service then continues for the following nine months at $15 per month, the first 12-month total is $784 before optional charges ($349 service fee + $135 later address months + $300 state fee). A later full year of both eligible base services would be $279 at these proposed rates. The accepted agreement controls.
Fees & State Costs
Government fees, expedited processing, payment-method charges, postage, shipping, notarization, check handling, special mail requests, professional advice, and third-party products are not included unless the quote says they are. We disclose known charges before authorization. Government and third-party fees are controlled by their recipient and are generally non-refundable after submission.
Price-Lock Conditions
A price lock applies only when stated in a written quote or Price-Lock Certificate. It covers only the listed GBA base service fee for the listed service while the account remains active and in good standing. It does not cover government fees, taxes, postage, shipping, usage charges, third-party charges, plan changes, added services, reactivation, or work outside the stated scope.
Refunds & Cancellation
- An activated address service renews only on the cadence and terms stated in the accepted agreement. You may cancel future renewals as that agreement provides; a started monthly period is not prorated except where law requires.
- An accepted registered-agent service renews only as stated in the agreement. Cancellation does not itself change the agent on state records; you remain responsible for appointing a replacement and filing the required change before an existing appointment ends.
- One-time filing service fees are refundable only before substantive preparation or submission begins, as specified in the accepted quote. Government and third-party fees are not refundable after we transmit or pay them.
- If an accepted quote expressly includes the Filed-Right Promise and we make a covered filing error, the remedy in that quote controls: correction at no added service charge or a refund of the covered filing-service fee.
After mail service ends, update senders and file change-of-address instructions promptly. Mail disposition and forwarding are subject to USPS rules, your instructions, payment of applicable postage, and any service-specific wind-down notice.
Acceptable Use
You must provide accurate, current information; maintain authority to act for the named business; complete required identity verification; and use each address only for an authorized, eligible purpose. You may not use the service for fraud, impersonation, illegal goods or activity, unsolicited bulk mail, deceptive registrations, evasion of sanctions, or conduct that violates USPS, state, federal, carrier, or recipient rules. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate service for material misuse or legal risk.
Customer Decisions and Deadlines
You are responsible for reviewing drafts, approving submissions, keeping contact and payment information current, responding to requests, obtaining professional advice, and meeting deadlines not expressly accepted by us in writing. Reminders are a convenience, not a substitute for your own calendar or professional adviser.
Limitation of Liability
Services depend on agencies, carriers, notaries, infrastructure, and information supplied by customers. We do not warrant uninterrupted delivery, a particular processing time, or a third party's decision. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the GBA service fees paid for the service giving rise to that claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy and Electronic Communication
Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. By submitting an inquiry or booking, you consent to transactional electronic communication about that request. Optional marketing requires the consent indicated at collection and may be withdrawn at any time.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a lawsuit, the parties agree to make a good-faith attempt to resolve the issue by written notice. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
