Provider names do not answer the questions that matter: who handles the mail, what the address may be used for, which recurring charges apply, and what is only an estimate. Use this checklist before choosing us or anyone else.
Compare Service Models
Marketplace, national filing, and local direct-service models can all be reasonable. Features and prices change, so this table avoids unsourced competitor claims and identifies what you should verify in writing.

Questions That Expose the Real Difference
A low headline price can still be a good choice, but only after the operating details and renewal math are clear.
1. Who Has Custody of the Mail?
Ask for the legal name of the company that will receive the mail, the exact service address, evidence of occupancy and current CMRA status, and whether another platform controls the account. Do not rely on a city landing page or street-formatted suite number as proof of occupancy or authorization.
2. Which Services Are Legally Separate?
A commercial mailbox is not registered-agent service, and a registered-agent address is not automatically available for ordinary business mail. Formation filing, EIN help, notarization, and compliance work may each have separate authorization and fees.
3. Will the Intended Recipient Accept the Address?
Ask the bank, agency, license board, processor, marketplace, or directory directly. Google states that a rented mailing address where the business does not operate is not eligible for a Business Profile. No provider can override a third party's review.
4. What Is the Full First-Year and Renewal Cost?
The proposed Establish Bundle base price is $349 plus the standard $300 Texas filing fee. If an eligible, accepted scope includes three address months and one registered-agent year, and address service continues for the remaining nine months at $15 per month, the full first 12 months are $784 before optional charges. A later year of both eligible base services would be $279 at the proposed $15/month and $99/year rates. The written quote controls.
5. What Happens at Cancellation?
Confirm how to change the registered agent, how long mail will be remailed, what postage applies, how data can be exported, and when identity and account records are deleted. USPS requires a CMRA to retain Form 1583 for at least six months after termination and to follow the post-termination remail rules.
